Good morning everyone! With this being the last week in the first round of Healthy Hopefuls, I am hoping that it is a good week for everybody. My weekend was not the best, but I woke up this morning ready to put my best foot forward. I hope you all have a good week. I will see you on Friday, come prepared to weigh in and take pictures.
