Mr. Pee and I just just got back from seeing Nicole and David. All is well in the Lee Household. We didn't walk, as I had planned, because I forgot my shoes. (I think Nicole was glad.) Tomorrow starts a new week. I have a new exercise plan to share with the group that requires only 10 minutes per day, 6 times a week. (This is from Nicole. I think she's being holding out on us.) Take each day, one day at a time. Don't make excuses, make plans. Being overweight is fastly becoming a major health crisis in the U.S. and we don't want to be a part of the crisis. Do we?
