I COULDN'T WAIT . . . . . .
I would like to inform everyone that I've lost 3.5 lbs! I didn't exercise this week, but I stopped eating fast foods and sweets (see my previous blog). That's a testiment in itself that cutting back on or cutting out fast foods and sweets will help you lose a few extra, extra unwanted pounds. I'll be sharing this info at the meeting tonight, but I wanted to put it on the blog too since I shared that I'd cut out fast foods and sweets. GO ME, GO ME, GO ME! Later! :)
